SELECTED EXPERIENCE

As Project Officer for Hines, Mr. Riker supervised the origination, design, equity and debt financing, construction, marketing/leasing and management of the $1.1 billion CityCenterDC development, which includes office, apartment, condominium, retail and hotel uses. Mr. Riker took direct responsibility for the merchandising and leasing of the 220,000 SF retail component of the Project.

As Project Officer for Hines, Mr. Riker participated in the off-market acquisition of the D.C. office/retail property and was directly responsible for the acquisition of additional air rights. He supervised the design, construction, marketing/leasing and sale of the redeveloped asset upon stabilization.

As an Analyst at Bankers Trust Company, Mr. Riker played a direct role in the $612.5 million financing of Kroger’s real estate portfolio, primarily through a domestic public bond issuance. His responsibilities included leading the underwriting and due diligence on the 127 properties, which included retail, warehouse, processing and office uses.
